Internal link leads to error 'initialisation of the page context failed'

Repro steps:

• create a new event document
• fill in fields
• in the description field create an internal link to Common / Banners / About go green
• click view in English web site

A popup message is shown: The page cannot be edited, initialisation of the page context failed.

Apparently the internal link chosen is not correct because the text in the background indicates this. However the popup message should not be displayed.
