google translations don't work

When you try to translate a document via the Google translation service, you get an error (see screenshot).

As part of fixing the issue in Go Green, could we also update the error message to something along the lines of (depending on the type of error):

"Could not translate the document via Google translate. The Google translation service could not be reached. Please contact your system administrator."
