Maven Skin: URL rendering broken due to syntax highlighting

HIPPLUG-1243 introduced a syntax highlighting option.
The highlighter tries to render as sourcecode a bit too aggressive and breaks some other renderings:

• The source web access url is no longer a link but rendered as html code
  E.g. https://bloomreach-forge.github.io/breadcrumb/scm.html
• The Issue Management link is rendered as code
  E.g. https://bloomreach-forge.github.io/breadcrumb/issue-management.html
• The Apache license is rendered as code using line number. this is not a big issue though.
  E.g. https://bloomreach-forge.github.io/breadcrumb/licenses.html
