Description

PropertiesManagerImplshould use HippoDocument#getAvailableTranslations() instead of HippoDocument#getAvailableTranslationsBean.

This is a 7.8.1 specific method so the plugin should be bumped, also there should be some thought on how keep supporting 7.7 and 7.8.0 (branching seems logical)
