Description

There were some changes (r61-r98) to support inside channel manager with the following custom filters:

customUsernamePasswordAuthenticationFilter
successHandler
failureHandler
...

It's more recommended to be as minimal as possible in order not to force spring developers to use hippo specific filters only.
