Settings Management - managing CRISP Resource Resolvers

It would be nice if we can:

• Update parameters of the existing CRISP Resource Resolvers. parameters only. The parameters are stored in crisp:propnames and crisp:ppropvalues properties.
  No need to allow updating spring configuration directly in UI.
• Rename a CRISP Resource Resolver.
• Deleting a CRISP Resource Resolver.
• Creating CRISP Resource Resolvers by templates.
  • e.g, Add new resource space for brSM.
    Add new resource space for SalesForce,
    Add new resource space for Commercetools,
    Add new resource space for ElasticPath,
    Add new resource space for Simple REST API, ...
  • The templates could be added as classpath xml resources for easier addition later.
    Also it should be overridable in projects to add any extra templates.
