Settings Management: fix form data exclude paths field

Form Data cleanup loads the field exclude paths which has 2 options add/remove paths. Both options are not working at the moment. The returned object is an Arrays.ArrayList which doesn't support add/remove list operations (unsupportedoperationexception).
