Embargo: clean up old 7.9 workflow events

Currently, the plugin registers 2 types of event listeners, workflow events and an event bus listener. The first type had been in use for CMS 7.9, but for version 10 the new event bus mechanism is used.

This issue is about cleaning up the plugin from the 7.9 events
