Breadcrumb: build crumbs from content beans only

The plugin assumes that here is always a sitemenu item as starting point for the crumbs. Then crumbs can also be created from content beans (repository based crumbs). It would be an improvement if the crumbs can also be built from content beans if no menu item is available.
