Don't use [hash] in vendor filename

Currently the vendors chunk filename is based on the [hash] value, which is a unique key that is generated on every (re)build. This is not needed for the vendor's chunk and should be based on the [chunkhash] instead (a hash based on the content of the vendor chunk).
