Use ContentType Service now standard provided instead of instantiating one directly (on each usage)

Essentials dashboard uses the ContentType service to determine available project content types and to generate content beans code.

As the ContentType service now by default is provided there is no longer a need, nor a good practice, to recreate and instantiate this 'service' manually, for each usage.
