Menu template can take more default menu-editor options into account

The menu editor in the channel manager makes it easy to add external links to menu items. There is also a "none" option. See the screenshot "menu-editor-options" for the options I mean. The ftl (and presumable jsp) do not take these options into account. It should, and that will make the usage of menus a bit more smooth.
