Remove hst:isSite property from rest mount configuration

From HSTTWO-3469 we know that the hst:isSite property on mount is obsolete. When using the Rest setup tool in Essentials a rest mount is created that has that property set (to false, but it is there). To prevent confusion and make the config more clear, do not let the tool add this property anymore.
