Default page size blog list component should be more than 1

When installing the blog feature from Essentials, a blog list component is added to the landing page /blog. However, its default page size configuration is 1, so only 1 document is display in the page (see screenshot).

It will be better for demonstration if the page size is > 1 (e.g., 3 or 5).
