[Forward-port to 2.1] Restore backwards compatibility of the EssentialsListComponent

org.onehippo.cms7.essentials.components.info.EssentialsDocumentListComponentInfo got deprecated, and a method where it was used in the method was changed too. That breaks backwards compatability. Can we restore that?

Classes that did override the EssentialsListComponent and that already did override org.onehippo.cms7.essentials.components.EssentialsListComponent#doSearch() now do not compile anymore.

Can we check for other uses of that same deprecated class and fix if needed?
