Support for copy action in DirectoryInstruction

It would be convenient to have a way to copy complete directories in plugin instructions, instead of having to copy each file individually.

A use case for this is a plugin that add e.g. a complete bootstrap theme to a project, e.g. the GoGreen styling. This would include many CSS, JS, image and font files which would have to be specified individually in the instructions, creating a maintenance burden.
