Selections feature: creating a palette with maximum rows on 'no limit' logs warning/doesn't work

1) Create a new 10.0 Archetype project
2) In the CMS add a value list and test doctype
3) Use the Essentials selections plugin, add a multiple-type palette and keep the default maximum rows at no limit.
4) Open the doctype in the CMS
Expected: No limit on rows
Actual warning logged:

[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] 11.06.2015 11:58:57 WARN http-nio-8080-exec-5 [DynamicMultiSelectPlugin.addPalette:388] The configured value '' for palette.maxrows is not a valid number. Defaulting to 10.

Note that in 7.9 the value list could be created in Administration folder, now new document is not in the list of allowed content
