Feature list shows only one item after initial setup

When you use the archetype for the 10 GA version (2.01.01) with Essentials 3.01.01, the first time you see the features list (after accepting the defaults in the setup page), only the first feature is shown (Banners), see the screenshot. There are no errors in the tomcat log.

The workaround is to get the whole list back: go the Tools, do a hard refresh of the browser, then go back to the Library: the list is now complete. Refresh of the Library does not work.
