Adding the selections plugin does seem to work

After installing the selections plugin from the library and rebuilding, the essentials module indicates that it still needs a rebuild. The plugin is installed correctly, but the Essentials dashboard doesn't update correctly even if refreshed. It is not possible to configure this feature.

Going back tot he root of the essentials dashboard (localhost:8080/essentials) fixes the problem.

1. Start archetype 7.9.6

2. Install Selections plugin

3. Rebuild

4. Attempt to configure
