Dashboard war bundles 3rd party components completely while only dist resources are needed

The bundled components contents need to be sanitized to only include those resources actually used/neeeded.
Right now, several for components everything is bundled, including demos, user-guides, tests, build tools (like Rhino compiler.jar under angular-ui-tree/build).
Not only does this clutter the result, it also poses a licencing problem as some of these extraneous resources might comes with/require separate/additional license/notice handling.
