Rendering issue in Essentials Library page

When viewing the Library in Essentials 10 (alpha tagged version), not all of the components are being rendered in the browser when the contents is refreshed.

The first view of the list normally provides the full component list, but after refreshing the page, only the Banner component is displayed. The Banner entry is taller than normal and takes up the full available space (see attached screenshot).

To replicate:

• Run the alpha release branch
• Access Essentials in Firefox
• Enter the Library (all components displayed)
• Refresh the page (only Banner component displayed)

It also can occur that all installed components are displayed as well as the banner, but no refreshing will ever return the full component list.

The full list is present at all times when viewing the same in Chrome v42.
