inconsistent order and usage of workflow icons

After installing all features that add content and content types, you'll see a few inconsistencies:

• the "add new events folder", "add new news folder" still use the 7.9 icon
• the "add new events folder", "add new news folder", "add new content folder", "add new video folder", "add new poll folder" should be displayed 2nd in the menu, after their corresponding create document action
