Improve logging what happens during feature installation

A feature can install several artifacts in several project modules, or in the repository: the things listed under "Changes made by this feature". When an installation step fails nothing is logged about that. Feedback about the installation success of these steps would be very welcome. Errors or warning in the tomcat log would already help a lot. Maybe the feedback can be in Essentials itself: which steps ended ok? (green check) which failed (red exclamation mark + info/stacktrace).
