Remove the ability to customize the thumbnail image variant through Essentials

    Description

      The default image variant "thumbnail" is intended for CMS use only. As such, Essentials should no longer expose it through its Gallery Manager UI. In conjunction with this effort, the getThumbnail function of imageset beans shall be deprecated (affects BeanWriter?), and the CMS-only nature of the thumbnail should get documented more prominently.
