add menu folder icon for Banners feature

    Description

      The sample content of the News feature adds a org/hippoecm/frontend/plugins/standardworkflow/new-news-folder-16.png for the folder menu (query template) of the CMS.

      To be consequent, the Banners feature should do the same. Please check the other features that add template queries too, to see if they also add the folder image.
