Blog plugin doesn't bootstrap correctly

After installing the blog plugin (2 rebuilds), when you bootstrap a fresh repository, you get a

ERROR localhost-startStop-1 [InitializationProcessorImpl.processInitializeItems:329] configuration as specified by /hippo:configuration/hippo:initialize/myhippoproject-hippo-configuration-hippo-modules-essentials-eventbus-listener failed
[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] javax.jcr.RepositoryException: No such node to merge with: /hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/{}essentials-eventbus-listener

error. This is due to too high a sequence number of the bootstrap resource that is supposed to create the node reported missing.
