Clicking on 'Installed' in the library does not jump to the right position in the Installed features list

    Description

      Steps to reproduce
      1) Install all features from the library
      2) Rebuild
      3) In the library click on the Installed button for the Search feature
      Expected: Search visible in the Installed features page
      Actual: Installed features page is opened but scrolled in the wrong position.
