Improve styling for Installed Features need-attention-badge

The current (Hippo theme) styling places the indicator how many installed features require attention (rebuild or set up) after the menu title. On some browsers/systems, this means that even a single-digit number wraps to a new line, on others, it requires two digits to trigger this.

Essentials currently contains a temporary fix "position:fixed" to keep the badge on the same line. This works reasonably as long as there are not more than 99 features. However, this is tech debt and needs to be addressed through improved styling from the Hippo theme.
