automatically creating/modifying lots of files and naming/creating those files in a folderstructure as intended by hippo

Auto-generated files do not always generate exactly the same way (btw, same problem exists with xml-export in console) in regard to the order of elements in the file:
When comparing changes in two versions of a file, sometimes lots of 'false positives' are given:
-whitespace (no problem, cause my editor can ignore whitespace in a comparison)
-the order of elements are different (this is a lot of work to check with the naked eye!)
