Related docs plugin throws error

When trying to add the related documents field to a document type immediately after installing it in the dashboard, this results in a warning because the the relateddocs namespace is not yet registered.

The problem is gone after a rebuild (+bootstrap).

Similar to what was done for the taxonomy plugin, there should be a UI indication that a rebuild is necessary before the plugin can be used.
