Taxonomy plugin UI hickup after creating first taxonomy

Immediately after creating the first taxonomy in the Dashboard, the plugin UI renders a list of document types with dropdown boxes for the field position (to be removed) and taxonomy. At that moment, these dropdowns aren't populated correctly. Only after a reload of the plugin UI can I select a taxonomy.
