Check / improve placement of edit content button in Channel Manager

In the Sprint Review, we found that for some pages, the edit content button was located in the upper right corner of the page, "far away" from where the actual content is displayed. All current placements of the edit content button should be reviewed, and, if necessary, placed to a location closer to where the corresponding content is displayed.
