Split Essentials relevance feature into targeting and trends & experiments features

Current relevance features installs the targeting dependences and also sets up Elasticsearch for the local cargo.run development environment.

Proposal: Extract the Elasticsearch configuration from the relevance feature installation that will disable the Elasticsearch dependent trends & experiment features.

A new trends & experiments feature will configure the project to use Elasticsearch and enables the features. Installing will also install the relevance/targeting feature if not already installed

Relevance Experiments and Trends

Add Experiments and Trends to the Relevance feature and configure the project to use ElasticSearch.

Find interesting trends in the stream of visitors to your sites. Experiments allow you to determine if changes you make to a page component lead to more visitor conversions to a specific goal. Trends and Experiments require ElasticSearch.

Please note that this component is a Bloomreach Experience only component. Adding this component to the community version will convert your project to an Enterprise project and might result in unexpected and unsupported behaviour of the project if you do not have an Enterprise license.
