Archetype project with BRC feature error 'Property 'hst:autohosttemplate' is not allowed'

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new archetype 13.1.0 project
2. Add the BRC and News Essentials features
3. Build and (re)start

Expected: No errors logged

Actual: Err in console log:

[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] 03.04.2019 11:11:47 ERROR http-nio-8080-exec-3 [VirtualHostsService.<init>:342] Property 'hst:autohosttemplate' is not allowed on hst configurations other than hst:platform, remove it from'/hst:myproject/hst:hosts/dev-localhost'.
