Gallery Manager: put ImageSetUpdater Groovy script in registry, not queue

When a image set is changed, the Gallery Manager puts a Groovy script ImageSetUpdater in the updater queue for execution.

If we put it per default in the registry, then copy it to queue on change, it will remain visible and re-usable also outside of the Gallery Manager, notably on non-local environments.
