Add page titles to sitemap item nodes

    Description

      Sitemap items for 'fixed' pages (not editable in the channel manager) do not have a property hst:pagetitle. It would be nice to have those, since they show up in the sitemap tab in the left side panel of the channel manager. Instead of "root" a text like "Homepage" can be shown.
