Banner component doesn't have magnifying glass button to select another document.

After adding banner to container manage content button allows select some banner document but after selecting the document manage content button has only edit option.

Manage content button should have magnifying glass to select another banner document.

ADDITION (in order not to create new issue for Banner AND Carusell):

Both Banner AND Carusell should have banners folder as initial picker path when using magnifying glass. Now in console there is an warning "Initial picker path not found: '/banners'. Using the default initial path of 'cms-pickers/documents-only' instead" in case using magnifying glass to select banner.
