Add more blog documents and a 'read more' button

The blog feature adds blog list, facet and blog detail pages. It also bootstraps a "Blogposts by Author" component in the catalog, with its own templates and hst component class. But it is not used by default and I cannot get it to work at all.

Talked to mmilicevic about this. We both think that this component was created, but after all not needed for the functionality of the feature. You can now see the posts by author X through the facets. The code of the component expects a content bean of the the type "authors". So that implies a sitemapitem with a relative content path to an author document, but that does not exist.

Please check if we're right, and if so, remove the component (class, configuration, templates, icon).
