URL Rewriter: URL forwarding vs redirecting

In the essentials application the description of this plugin states:

"The Enterprise URL Rewriter add-on adds the capability to manage URL forwarding rules in the CMS to your project."

While the plugin does support forwards, I've rarely seen it used. 99% are rewrites (hence the name) and perhaps at most 1% are proxy rules, forwards are extremely rare.

So even tho technically not wrong, perhaps we should change that to "URL rewriting rules" or "URL redirects" ?
