Add option to package plugin icon in the plugin itself

The essentials plugins are now still packaged in the essentials project itself. The icons of the plugins that you see in the dashboard come from the dashboard itself, or are read from a URL, which means that the icon needs to be available on the web.

It would be better if the icon was packaged in the plugin jar itself and read from there. This can exist next to the other options afaics.
