Regression v12: Tagging plugin-related exception when loggin into the CMS

    Description

      I created a new project using the 12.0.0 archetype and added the Tagging feature. After rebuilding and logging in to the CMS, the following stacktrace appears.

      [INFO] [talledLocalContainer] 18.07.2017 18:51:34 ERROR http-nio-8080-exec-6 [CurrentTagsTagsProvider.<init>:77] Error locating tags virtual provider by tags location tags
      [INFO] [talledLocalContainer] javax.jcr.PathNotFoundException: tags

      Full stacktrace attached.

      The Tagcloud in the CMS unsurprisingly doesn't work in the CMS.

      Seems regression from ESSENTIALS-236.
