Remove dependency on the release pom from the Essentials project

    Description

      It looks like that with hippo-essentials-components the set of internal dependencies is limited. We should no longer use the release pom as parent but switch to the project pom.

      Release pom and archetype should also be updated if this change is applied to ease releases
