Remove redundant usages of the HST defineObjects tag

Some Freemarker and JSP templates use the HST defineObjects tag but also include an imports file that already has this tag. Using a second time is redundant. So templates that have this include and also this tag can be cleaned up.

By itself it is harmless to use the tag multiple times, but it is unnecessary.
