A generic way to prohibit content to be edited, moved, copied, renamed

    Description

      We've come across use cases that certain content should not be allowed to be edited, moved, copied or renamed.

      As discussed with an Engineering representative, it would be good to have such feature in the product, e.g. based on certain content mixin(s) to disallow actions.

      E.g. disallowing a taxonomy tree to be moved to the documents section
      E.g. disallowing a site's content root to be renamed
