Column headers Name and Type show incorrectly (Naam for English)

The translations for columns Name and Type for the default listing and the document listing are retrieved only once (statically) so they don't change anymore when loggin in with other locales.

This most probably is due to the static modifiers for NAME_COLUMN and TYPE_COLUMN in DefaultListColumnProviderPlugin and DocumentListingPlugin
