Impossible to differentiate documents having the same names in the Referring Documents Dialog

If a document is referred by multiple documents having the same names, in the Referring Document Dialog, these referring docs are the same and it is hard for CMS user to figure out if they are really different.

The paths of the documents should be shown in the UI
Possible solution:
Put the path under the document name in a slightly smaller font and lighter color
