Auto-create path entry based on caption field

Since the path field is almost always a camel cased version of the caption field, it would be valuable to have the path field auto-generate based on the caption field input. e.g. the caption "Full Name" would generate the path "fullName". An option to turn this feature on/off is probably nice in case it's not desired.
