When working with folders in the CMS that have a locale configured, you get the default folder option "Add new translated folder...". This often puzzles new CMS users: what does "translated" mean?
This message/label would only be handy in a setup where "translated" and "non-translated" folders are used in the same tree. I don't think that is very common.
So I plead for getting rid of the "translated" bit in the message. Just say "Add a new folder". In case of a setup-with-locale you get a folder with a locale on it, in the other case you don't.
