"Ok" button in [publish all documents in folder] dialogue looks enabled in case there are no documents to publish

Steps to reproduce:-->
1.Go to content perspective.
2.Select a folder & click on context menu option "publish all in folder..".
3.Notice 'Ok" button in [publish all documents in folder] dialogue looks enabled

Expected;--.When there are no documents to be published then Ok button on the [publish all documents in folder] dialog should be shown as disabled.
