Edit menu button not loaded always

I have an angular2 based small website. Once I open that page in the channel manager and press on the edit button I'm expecting to get the page back with the edit menu button at the top.
The only case is when it's happening when I place a random text in my base-layout, save it and the auto-reload reloads the page inside the edit mode displaying the button.(it happens randomly to be succeed around 10/5 times)

I've attached the HTML files in the 2 cases:
First is when I have the normal html.
Second is when I put random text inside the FTL and saving it, therefore triggering the autoreload.
